We have spent decades working for some of the largest telecommunications companies in the world and have experienced what does and doesn't provide value. What we found missing is a genuine and holistic approach to solving connectivity challenges that may be unique to each Enterprise cost-effectively and with simplicity. Based on our combined 50 years of experience in the industry, we found that even the most successful companies don't truly take a customer-first approach to solving real problems and instead are looking for problems to solve with their solutions. This creates a reverse dynamic where Enterprise Private Network Solutions become too complex, too expensive, and lack flexibility as well as a holistic approach needed to solve today's enterprise connectivity challenges - delivering seamless voice and data to employees and customers. We started networkfx because we got tired of the upside-down approach. We have decided to disrupt the status quo by focusing on what's needed today to help you solve and deploy Enterprise Private Network Connectivity seamlessly and effectively.

We believe in the power of open and candid conversations. We ask questions and listen to distill what you need and what you are trying to solve. Too much time in large corporations is spent giving pitches, creating slide decks, and finding target markets and problems to sell solutions that are not aligned with what you need. This is not the right approach, so we decided to try something new. Connectivity should be ubiquitous, and our constant drive for efficiency and simplicity continues to push us forward to deliver a seamless and cost-effective Enterprise Private Network Solution centered around you and your unique challenges of today.
Who we focus on
Most big telecom players are chasing the top of the market - airports, stadiums, large manufacturing, and ports because they are chasing the large 💰💰💰. That is one of the reasons why Enterprise Private Network Solutions are too complex, have a bad return on investment, and have issues scaling beyond this market segment. We take the opposite approach. We believe that most market segments and enterprises that need help solving their connectivity challenges are underserved, so we decided to focus on them. Small, Medium, and even Large Enterprises should be able to afford better connectivity with our Enterprise Private Network Solutions that power employee productivity and improve customer experience. During his 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Trevor has steered the course of innovation at companies such as Meta, Dell, Samsung, Mobilitie, Ericsson, T-Mobile, and Cellular One. He has always focused on simplifying and streamlining solutions and deployments to benefit all stakeholders, and he is applying the same focus and strategic vision to the networkfx mission.
Enterprise Private Network Deployments at Meta: Deployed over 3.5 million square feet of Enterprise Private Network Connectivity across 30 commercial buildings in 1 year. This hands-on experience has provided deep insights into the intricacies of choosing and implementing Enterprise Private Networks with a focus on speed and effectiveness.
Strategic Enterprise Initiatives at Dell: Part of a strategic team dedicated to creating Enterprise Private Network Solutions.
National DAS Deployments at Mobilitie: Managing expansive Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) deployments nationwide. Worked on high-profile venues such as MGM Springfield and Audi Field, which led to a nuanced understanding of the complexities and inefficiencies inherent to DAS deployments.
Sprint National Network Rollout at Samsung: Spearheaded the Sprint National Network Rollout, contributing to the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology to enhance nationwide wireless connectivity with 4G.
New Product Introduction at Ericsson: He played a pivotal role in the New Product Introduction team, managing and deploying innovative products for the Verizon network nationwide.
Pioneering GPRS at T-Mobile: During his 13 years at T-Mobile, he undertook various roles, including the pioneering experience of rolling out the first national GPRS network in the USA.

During my ~30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I have worked at companies such as T-Mobile, Ericsson, Mobilitie, Samsung, Dell, and Meta. I deployed over 3.5M square feet of Enterprise Private Network Connectivity in over 30 commercial buildings and have gained a first-hand understanding of what works and what doesn't when choosing and deploying Enterprise Private Networks with speed and effectiveness.
At Dell, I was part of a strategic team creating a new Enterprise Private Network Solution. At Mobilitie, I managed large DAS deployments nationwide and worked on some of the largest and most complex venues, such as MGM Springfield and Audi Field. This helped me understand how complicated DAS deployments can be and the inefficiencies of deploying neutral host network solutions in smaller venues. At Samsung, I led the Sprint National Network Rollout. At Ericsson, I worked in a New Product Introduction team, managing and deploying new products for Verizon nationwide. I had several roles during my 13 years at T-Mobile, including the experience of rolling out the first national GPRS network in the USA.
